The US restaurant chain Chuck E. Cheese has announced its plans to expand into the UK.
Known for its mouse mascot, the group was founded in California in 1997 and hosts approximately half a million children’s birthday parties annually.
Together with its franchisees, the company operates nearly 600 'fun centres' across 16 countries, offering pizza, arcade games, live shows, and trampolines.
The chain is now reportedly planning to expand into the UK, with potential locations including Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, and Bristol, according to Completely Retail News.
The chain is reportedly focusing on shopping centres, retail parks, and leisure parks with car park frontage as its target locations.
It joins a rising number of US restaurant chains planning to expand in the UK, with Dave’s Hot Chicken making its debut this month and Chick-fil-A preparing for a second attempt at a nationwide launch next year.
