Central Foods has won the exclusive frozen foodservice distribution business for Dohertys, the family butcher and principal producer of gluten-free beefburgers, sausages and meatballs for caterers and retailers in Northern Ireland and County Donegal.
These new Dohertys gluten-free products are now also available in the larger retailers in the UK and available to caterers for the first time.
