Department store group, Debenhams has brought in Eddie Lim of the Mango Tree and Harrods' Chai Wu to develop its new restaurant, Chi Kitchen.
The new Pan Asian fully-licensed eatery will launch within Debenhams on London's Oxford Street with plans to rollout the concept to every store.
Group Executive Chef Ian Pengelley has created the all-day menu with many of the dishes available for take away.
For breakfast there is Chinese bubble waffles with fresh berries, and Kaya Toast with Singaporean coconut jam for breakfast. For lunch there are dishes such as Korean steak with Bulgogi sauce, Seabass with chilli and lime. Small dishes include avocado wedges and spring rolls.
