Henley-based brewer and pub operator, Brakspear has said that its microbrewery is close to capacity after its first new beer in over ten years has proved to be extremely popular.
The group's microbrewery was opened in May 2013 as an extension to the company’s first managed pub.
The company brews three beers: Brakspear Bitter - ideal with foods such as fish and chips, Ploughmans lunch and mature English cheeses; Brakspear Oxford Gold - a perfect partner for fish dishes, shellfish, chicken or salads, and Brakspear Triple - good with blue cheeses or steak and kidney pie; and complements Dundee cakes or Cadbury’s fruit and nut.
