Fortnum & Mason has introduced a bespoke hamper service online, so that customers can now create their very own hamper from a choice of over 2,799 products.
The online launch complements the firm’s existing ‘build your own’ hamper service already available from the flagship Piccadilly store.
Customers browse the site, select the items they wish to include in their hamper, then add them to their bag. The only items excluded from this service are pre-existing hampers and fresh flowers.
Next, users need to then select the hamper size from a choice of three different sized wickers – small for one to six items, medium for seven to 12 items or large for 13 plus items. At the bottom of the shopping bag page there is the option to select the hamper size customers would like their items packed in.
Finally, the customer can choose to have the hamper delivered straight to the recipient's door, or click and collect from the Piccadilly store.
