Owned by Shearer Property Group, Cathedral Lanes shopping centre in Coventry has been redeveloped and is to celebrate its new restaurant quarter by welcoming Las Iguanas on 31 August.
Wagamama is set to follow with a 7 September opening and that will then be joined by Loungers-brand, Cosy Club. Each of these principal new restaurant operators have invested around £1m in fit outs.
Wagamama offers pan-Asian food and has outlets in 17 countries, including one in Leamington, while Las Iguanas offers Latin American-style food using British produce.
The Cosy Club has nine venues across the country and is billed as 'club meets village hall meets cricket pavilion'.
