CAU opens in Manchester this month

CAU is opening a new restaurant in Didsbury, Manchester this month, which follows north west launches in Wilmslow in March and Liverpool in May.

CAU Didsbury will feature a traditional asado grill located in the large partially covered and heated garden, which can seat 50 people for year-round alfresco dining.

The main restaurant will seat 110 customers and incorporate an open-plan kitchen.

The all-day menu at CAU will include grass-fed Argentinian beef, twice-cooked pork belly, fresh market fish and chicken salad among a range of dishes that are influenced by the cuisine and culture of Buenos Aires.

The Didsbury branch will also offer six CAU own-brand wines that have been chosen by Phil Crozier, director of wines.
