Argentine steak house group, Gaucho has reported Ebitda of £11m in the year to 31 December 2014 compared to £9.9m the year before, thought to be thanks to the expansion of its CAU restaurants and the continued success of Gaucho sites.
Company sales also rose 11% to around £61m, compared to £55.5m the year before.
Gaucho opened eight new Cau sites in 2015 with openings in Wilmslow, St Catherine Docks, Reading, Liverpool, Didsbury, Glasgow, Bath and Manchester.
Gaucho intends to continue its refurbishment programme on sites in Manchester and Sloane, as well as further openings in international locations.
