Debenhams is creating more than 200 jobs at a new store due to open at the Westfield Broadway shopping centre in Bradford on 5 November.
The retailer has just received the keys to its premises at the £260m shopping centre following the completion of internal construction work.
The Broadway will be the largest in the country to open this year and is now more than 80 per cent let.
Debenhams and Marks & Spencer are the first to start the process of fitting out the stores.
The shopping centre, owned by investment group Meyer Bergman, is being built and will be run by Australian developer Westfield.
