Gourmet hamburger restaurant chain, Byron is to open a new eatery in Stratford-upon-Avon as part of its expansion across the UK.
Byron is the second tenant to sign up for £30m Bell Court development in Old Town Square, following Everyman cinemas.
The group's 3,860 sq ft site makes up part of the 70,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, which is expected to be open to the public by mid-2017.
Founded by Tom Byng in 2007, Byron currently operates 55 restaurants across the UK, including 37 in London.
