John Derkach, formerly chief executive of the Tragus Group, will be the new chairman of quick service chain, EAT.
Derkach plans to carry the group into its next stage of growth, with a focus on larger store formats and regional expansion.
EAT operates over 110 outlets across the UK but the majority are in London. Most of the stores work with local charity partners to redistribute food left over at the end of each day.
