New World Trading Company, which operates brands The Botanist, The Oast House and Smugglers Cove, is heading South with openings planned in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and Farnham in Surrey.
Currently operating sites in Leeds, Newcastle, Alderly Edge, Liverpool, Chester and Manchester, the company will open in Marlow on 30 November in West Street on the site of the former Living In Store Shop.
Creating 45 new jobs, the site will serve a menu of botanical cocktails, craft beer and ales along with deli and rotisserie-inspired food and will be opening seven days a week featuring live music in the evenings.
Speaking to local newspaper the Bucks Free Press, New World Trading Company managing director Chris Hill said, “We are excited to be opening the Botanist in a community which has such a passion for food and drink. We are looking forward to immersing ourselves in village life.”
The Surrey site is expected to open in the New Year in a 3,500 sq.ft area within tge Grade II listed Town Hall Buildings, creating 50 new jobs.
