Lexington win LBS contract


Contract caterer Lexington has secured a contract to provide catering services London Business School (LBS).

Under the terms of the renewed contract, which Lexington has held since 2009, the caterer will continue its provision of catering services at the school’s Regent’s Park campus, which also includes events and hospitality services.

Mike Sunley, CEO of Lexington, said: “By refreshing all retail spaces and introducing new innovations, which include expanding the social media opportunities and smart phone technology, we’ve been able to improve engagement with the school’s community.”

Toni Bouteldja, operations director, campus services and developments, at London Business School, said: “We are confident that Lexington is an excellent choice to manage our catering and hospitality offering. Their flexible and dynamic approach is impressive and their management capabilities are underpinned by a company culture which fits well with that of LBS.”

Lexington, established in 2002, was acquired by Elior in October 2014.
