Dishoom, STK Rebel and Big Easy will open at Edinburgh’s St Andrew Square development, which will the first restaurants beyond London for all three brands.
The three eateries will join Busaba Eathai and Drake & Morgan at the prime site in the city centre. The £75m project is a joint venture between Standard Life Investments and developer Peveril Securities.
Fund manager of the Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund, David Stewart, said that the configuration of the restaurants, over multiple floors, offers the sort of space and size that has rarely been available in Edinburgh city centre.
The development is due to create more than 200 new jobs and is expected to be complete by 2016.
