£200m Manchester mixed-use scheme planning framework gets go-ahead


The planning framework for St Michael’s Joint Venture Partners' £200m Manchester mixed-use scheme has been approved.

Located on a 1.43-acre site, the plans includes a five-star hotel, luxury apartments, offices, restaurants and bars, and two brand new public squares.

St Michael’s Joint Venture Partners is made up of Singapore-based Rowsley, Beijing Construction and Engineering Group, and Jacksons Row Development Partnership Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and Brendan Flood.

Neville’s property consultancy Zerum is acting as Development Manager on behalf of the Joint Venture Partners.
