WeWork plans serviced offices at Canary Wharf development

WeWork is in advanced talks to set up a 110,000 sq ft serviced office at the Wood Wharf scheme at London's Canary Wharf.

WeWork would become the first occupier of the new phase of the E14 development.

The firm is in talks to lease a major 110,000 sq ft office building at the 22-acre scheme and secure its first residential development in Europe, which will be operated under the WeLive brand.

Wood Wharf, designed by Allies and Morrison Architects, creates a strong and complementary mix of uses, providing over 3,200 new homes, nearly 2 million sq ft of high quality commercial office space, and a further 335,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and community uses.
