San Carlo, the Italian restaurant chain, has acquired the Flying Pizza restaurant at the Roundhay, in Leeds out of administration. This award-winning family business opened its first restaurant in Birmingham in 1992 (pictured) and now also has venues in Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool, Leicester, Leeds and London.
