Pub operator and brewer, Brakspear has acquired the Frogmill Inn in Andoversford near Cheltenham, adding to the two pub already bought in the Cotswolds this year.
The 16th century building comprising pub and restaurant areas, 28 bedrooms and two function rooms catering for both weddings and corporate events. It is set in extensive grounds and sited next to a golf course.
Brakspear will now work together with Frogmill Inn's lessee, Wheelers of St James.
Earlier this year, Brakspear purchased Church Street Townhouse in Stratford-on-Avon and the George Hotel in Shipston-on-Stour.
