Luxury hotel chain, Radisson Edwardian, is to launch its fourteenth site, a £60m, 185-bedroom hotel in Guildford, Surrey this summer. The four-star property will come complete with two restaurants, a dining terrace, two bars, a spa with five treatment rooms, gym, swimming pool, plus three conference and meeting rooms.
One of the restaurants will offer a pan-Asian menu and have direct access to the street. The terrace will provide more casual dining, such as steaks, salads and sandwiches. Sharing-style meals will be served in the main bar with seating for 120 covers. A yet-to-be-named celebrity chef is to create a grazing-style menu.
