BC Partners-backed restaurant chain, Cote has acquired the Jackson & Rye and Limeyard brands from Richard Caring.
Jackson & Rye serves up US diner-style food from three outlets in Soho, Richmond and Chiswick. Limeyard is an all-day casual dining concept with a single restaurant in Ealing.
Cote currently operates 71 own-brand restaurants, and intends to further expand the brand and the newly acquired brands.
