French restaurant chain, Cote Brasserie is to open a new eatery in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire next week on 1 February.
The new restaurant in Regent Court, which has created 50 jobs, has seen an investment of around £1m in refurbishment.
The all-day casual dining brand will be offering classic brasserie favourites, as well as a selection of desserts, house specialties, plus a wine menu featuring the best bottles from French producers.
