Brunning & Price expands with six acquisitions in six months

Brunning & Price is continuing to steadily grow the group with the recent purchasing of three pubs, taking total acquisitions to six over the past six months.

The new additions to the group are the former Punch-owned Haycutter near Oxted, Surrey, The Garden House, just outside St Albans and the Haighton Manor, north of Preston.

These followed swiftly on from three other successful acquisitions in 2015 including The Wobbly Wheel now the Falcon, near Banbury, The Jolly Farmers, renamed The Pheasant (pictured) in Buckland near Reigate and The Fox Revived, Horley.

Brunning & Price is made up of a group of 54 pubs, split between the North West and South East and has been part of The Restaurant Group (TRG) since 2007.

Over the past two years Brunning & Price have acquired a number of new sites with property firm Christie & Co’s assistance, and is looking to acquire further sites this year in locations between Lancashire and Kent, in both rural and semi-rural areas.
