Brasserie Bar Co sees EBITDA rise by 9%

Amid a period of expansion, rebranding and refurbishment, Brasserie Bar Co has posted financial results for the year to 30 June 2015 showing EBITDA has risen by 9% to £5.7m.

The group behind the Brasserie Blanc and White Brasserie Co saw turnover grow by 14% to £37.2m, and saw a 7% rise in like-for-like sales across its portfolio.

During the period, White Brasserie Co surrendered the lease on Opera Terrace in London’s Covent Garden, freeing up further funds for expansion.

After 30 June 2015, White Brasseries rollout has continued with two new site openings, and the Brasserie Blanc in Berkhamsted has been converted into a pub.

Brasserie Bar Co also continues to expand with a new pub venue in Alderley Edge, and a brasserie site in Knutsford which is set to open soon.

There are currently nine White Brasserie outlets and 17 Brasserie Blancs sites.
