Living Ventures' Botanist brand is to open a new pub in Farnham in Surrey in early March, creating 40 jobs.
The Botanist concept serves up botanical cocktails, craft beers and ales along with deli, rotisserie and barbecue inspired food.
The Grade II-listed venue at Townhall Buildings is replacing Café Rouge and will offer 3,500 sq ft of bar and restaurant space with seating for 80 diners.
The new Botanist will host daily evening gigs and Sunday afternoon sessions.
