Following its successful tender, Elior UK has clinched a major catering deal with the UK's largest care home operator, Four Seasons Health Care.
The catering firm showed its worth at a trial carried out across eight Four Seasons homes in Manchester.
The contract will now see Elior's team serving up meals at 48 venues in the north west and 48 sites in the east of England.
Elior will create a range of menus using a bespoke nutritional programme that can be tailored to reflect local tastes. It will also cater to the specific dietary requirements of residents with diabetes, and dysphagia (trouble swallowing).
