Vacherin reaches £15m in annual turnover

London-based caterering group, Vacherin has reported that annual turnover has increased by 8.8% for the year ended 31 August 2015, breaking the £15m barrier for the first time.

The company attributes the success to achieving 100% retention rates for the second year running, worth £2m, and to six new contract wins worth in excess of £2m in annual turnover, which included Battersea Power Station Development Corporation, and Nordic corporate bank SEB.

During the period, Vacherin rolled out smart phone technology at its sites to allow diners to review nutrients in a meal before purchasing it with their phones.

The business was also named as one of the top 20 fastest growing foodservice companies in a report compiled by AlixPartners.
