Hammerson has announced that it has signed up a trio of new tenants at WestQuay Watermark, its £85m dining and leisure development in Southampton. Hollywood Bowl, All Bar One, and TGI Fridays will join a strong line-up of new brands that are set to open in the city.
Making its debut in Southampton, Hollywood Bowl, the UK’s leading ten-pin bowling operator, will take a 1,545 m2 unit located on Harbour Parade. The scheme will represent the brand’s latest generation of family entertainment centres with 16 fully computerised ten-pin bowling lanes, including 4 exclusive VIP lanes. It will also feature an American diner, a stylish bar and fun packed amusements and pool areas.
All Bar One will be bringing one of its stylish bars to the city opening a 422 m2 unit in what will be the brand’s all important first in Southampton. Located on the lower promenade of the development, All Bar One will be ideally positioned overlooking the scheme’s plaza between restaurants, Jamie’s Italian and Cau.
TGI Fridays, the much-loved American restaurant chain that focuses on casual dining, will take a 738 m2 unit within the development. The restaurant which prides itself on bringing fun and friendliness to the table, will offer its guests an extensive food and drinks menu that combines signature flavours to create mouth-watering dishes.
The 17,000m2 scheme, which will become part of WestQuay shopping centre at its launch later this year, will transform Southampton’s current leisure and dining offer by creating a new and exciting destination for the city.
Now 83% pre-let, the scheme has already attracted a strong line-up of restaurateurs including Wahaca, Byron, Bill’s, Cabana, Five Guys and Red Dog Saloon.
