Apex Hotels has secured funding of £29m for the expansion of its Edinburgh-based hotel chain across England.
The scheme will kick off with the four-star, 177-bed Apex City of Bath Hotel development on James Street West, which is due to open next year, creating 120 jobs.
Situated in city centre locations across the UK, the current nine Apex hotels can be found in London, Edinburgh, Dundee, and Glasgow.
