Living Venture's subsidiary, New World Trading Company is to open a new Botanist bar and restaurant in the centre of Sheffield.
The 9,500 sq ft venue sits over three floors within a Grade II-listed building in Leopold Square.
This is New World’s ninth site under the Botanist brand, and will serve 'botanical' cocktails plus a wide range of local and international beers, as well as a menu of rotisserie-inspired food.
The group also operates other brands, such as the Oast House in Manchester's Spinningfields, and the Trading House in London and Glasgow,
