Pub giant Marston's is to create up to 60 jobs at a new pub due to open at the Egstow Park development in Clay Cross, Derbyshire this summer.
Located off Derby Road and Market Street near the A61, Egstow Park is being delivered by developers St Modwen.
Gregg Titley, development surveyor at St Modwen, said, “We’re pleased to announce this first deal with Marston’s at Egstow Park, which will anchor the first phase of development at this site.
“We have also now received planning consent for a new supermarket and fast food restaurant at the development and are actively marketing these to potential occupiers.”
Once complete, Egstow Park will comprise the pub, more than 900 homes, employment space and a fast food restaurant.
