EasyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of 'super budget' branded hotels, has confirmed it has now been granted planning permission for a new 84-room venue in Birmingham.
The property, in John Bright Street, is 120 metres from the new entrance to Birmingham New Street Station and 500 metres from the Bullring shopping centre.
The company has agreed a leasehold of 125 years for the site, which is expected to open by March 2017.
Planning permission has also recently been granted for a 77-room owned hotel in Liverpool, and for a 116-room hotel at Bradley House in Manchester.
