Zenith Hygiene Group, the UK’s largest integrated, independent manufacturer, supplier and distributor of cleaning and hygiene chemicals and products, is delighted to announce the completion of its acquisition of ABC Hygiene Limited for an undisclosed sum. A provider of high-quality washroom services equipment, ABC Hygiene will provide Zenith Hygiene with a new sector of products for customers nationwide.
Founded in 2003 by Oliver Johnson and Karen Rook and based in Hertfordshire, ABC Hygiene provides washroom services across a multitude of sectors, covering areas such as feminine hygiene, air purification, floor and entrance matting, urinal care, vending solutions and nappy disposal.
The Company is strategically located to cater to London and the Home Counties while also securing national coverage through the Independent Washroom Services Association (IWSA) network. ABC Hygiene will come under the Zenith Hygiene brand name with its director Oliver Johnson remaining in place to oversee operations and the transition.
