Camerons Brewery has announced its 10th Head of Steam venue will open on the vibrant Newcastle Quayside later this summer. The venue will be located in one of the firm's current outlets, The Eye on the Tyne, which it took over from Greene King in November 2015.
Work will begin at the venue on the 13 June with the new venue due to open early in August. There will be over 20 full time jobs at the site.
The Head of Steam, which is renowned for its array of great beers, will have 16 keg lines with a selection of rotating craft beers from UK and world brewers, 8 cask ale lines including beers and real cider from around the region and beyond, plus a selection of premium cocktails, spirits and soft drinks.
A comfortable snug area will be included at the pub along with a new beer dedicated tasting room that can also be used for meetings, events and parties.
