Award-winning contract caterer, Elior UK has seen its catering deal extended with a Wiltshire school.
The extension, worth around £700k, will see the caterer continue to provide meals to 200 staff and 1,800 pupils at Sheldon School in Chippenham across six outlets on the site.
Since signing original three-year contract in 2014, Elior has increased sales at the school. So far this year, revenue has risen by 22.5% in like-for-likes
Elior has worked closely with students to create the ShelPod – a mini airstream trailer, supplied by Leisure Pods Ltd, which can be moved round the school as required. The introduction of the trailer has seen a reduction in queues and has added a high street feel to the grab and go lunch offer.
