Leon eyes Manchester for expansion following £19m funding deal


Fast casual dining chain, Leon has confirmed it is scoping Manchester for potential new sites, after securing £19m to boost expansion plans, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The company, which currently operates 37 outlets mainly in and around London, is planning to open 50 new sites across the UK after securing the funding deal.

The brand's all-day outlets offer fresh and flavoursome Mediterranean-style dishes to eat in or take out, including a healthy range of hot and cold boxes, like Vietnamese Chicken Rice Noodle Salad, and Sweet Potato Falafel Hot Box.

The menu also includes a breakfast range of sweet and savoury pots and muffins, as well as cakes, cookies and popcorn.
