EasyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of 'super budget' branded hotels, has acquired an Ipswich site.
As previously announced, easyHotel was granted planning permission for a 94-room hotel in August 2016. The hotel is expected to open by July 2017.
The company's development pipeline of owned hotels currently consists of Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Ipswich.
EasyHotel's owns 390 rooms across three sites, and has a further 17 franchised hotels with 1,405 rooms.
Owned hotels are based in London's Old Street, Glasgow, and Croydon. Franchise locations in the UK include Edinburgh, London Heathrow, Central London, and Luton.
