Award-winning steakhouse and cocktail bar chain, Hawksmoor is to open its seventh site in London's Borough Market in February 2017.
The mid-19th century site on Winchester Walk is spread over two floors, and the new restaurant will have 140 covers.
Hawksmoor Borough will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and will take reservations.
Hawksmoor was founded in 2006 by Will Beckett and Huw Gott and now operates five London restaurants plus one in Manchester. The duo also head up Foxlow, with four London sites.
