Wilson Vale co-founders named in Leicestershire Top 200 Most Influential People list


Andrew Wilson and Carolyne Vale, co-founders of Ashby-based catering company, Wilson Vale, have jointly appeared on the Top 200 Most Influential People in Leicestershire listing, compiled by the Leicester Mercury newspaper.

The enterprising couple established Wilson Vale in 2002 on £50K capital and continue to grow their business to a forecasted £24m turnover for 2016, employing 700 people.

Their fresh food ethos and innovative approach to foodservice has attracted a portfolio of 90 clients, including independent schools, conference venues and the corporate headquarters of leading organisations within business & industry.

They feature on the listing alongside leading figures from business, the public sector, media and the entertainment sectors, including Lord Digby Jones, chairman of Triumph Motorcycles and Hilary Devey CBE, chief executive of The Pall-Ex Group and former dragon on BBC Two’s Dragon Den programme.
