Young’s launches revolutionary new mobile app


Young’s, the premium pub and hotel company, has launched a revolutionary new mobile app, ‘Young’s On Tap’, to transform the pub experience for all its customers, which is now available on the Apple App Store.

Customers will now be able to find and book over 170 Young’s and Geronimo pubs as well as pay their bill – and even split it between friends – all from their mobile, using an integrated payment system on the Young’s app via QKR! with Masterpass.

Further features include giving consumers the ability to act as DJ and change the tune in pub, favourite ‘local’ pubs as well as receiving surprise ’treats‘ for loyalty. Customers will be able to engage with their local pub communities through the Community Noticeboard, What’s On and Local Chat features. Young’s pubs are already at the heart of their communities and the launch of Young’s On Tap will allow for greater interaction between customers and their locals.

No other app in the hospitality space has delivered this level of customer engagement beyond the traditional mobile payment facilities and Young’s has big plans to evolve ‘Young’s On Tap’ to enrich its already industry leading approach to customer service.
