Compass announces new five-year contract with Bunzl


Compass Group UK & Ireland, the UK’s largest food and support services firm, has announced a significant new long-term contract with national distribution and outsourcing company, Bunzl.

The new strategic partnership aims to deliver market leading category insight, product and service innovation alongside the consolidation of multiple product categories, simplifying the process for its sites when ordering non-food products.

Bunzl’s expertise in a wide range of non-food categories including disposables, light-catering equipment, personal protection equipment as well as kitchen and design projects will enable Compass to ensure its on-site teams across the country receive the best products and services.

In addition, Bunzl’s first-rate distribution network will enable a number of Compass’ existing non-food suppliers to benefit from a national delivery solution, improving the process for both suppliers and Compass sites.

Bunzl provide outstanding expertise through multiple diverse businesses in a number of non-food categories. As part of the contract, Compass will be working with Bunzl Lockhart and Bunzl Catering Supplies.
