Bea Vo to open third London diner

From the brainchild of London-based Stax and Boondick, Bea Vo, Famous Flames is to open 25 february serving up flame grilled burgers and fried wings.

There will be 15 seats at the new Kentish Town Road eatery, but this is largely a fast-casual set up, so most customers will takeaway.

Vo's burgers will be thinner than at Stax and Boondocks and served in Martin’s famous Potato buns from America, the same buns used by Shake Shack.

There will be four styles of deep fried wing buckets – Southern, Korean, Buffalo, Memphis BBQ and Filipino or you can get your chicken fix in the form of a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, served with a cayenne butter sauce.

For sweet treats there will be soft-serve cones dipped in chocolate or butterscotch glaze.

Situated opposite the entrance to Camden Town underground station, Famous Flames will be open from 12:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday.
