Martello Hall opens with cocktail bar, brunch space & work hub

Albion and East has opened Martello Hall, which is set over three storeys in east London, offering a cocktail bar, brunch space and work hub.

This is the first in a series of new bars from the group and will be open throughout the day for hot-desking, complete with with fast WiFi and high quality coffee.

There are also pastries, pizza, sausage rolls, and Italian doughnuts at The Hatch. Food is cooked on charcoal grills and in wood burning ovens, and sourced from Hackney and East London, where possible. At the weekend there is an Italian inspired brunch with sharing dishes.

There is an on-site gin distillery where small batches of Martello Gin are being made. This is then added to Martello Hall's own syrups, sherbets and cordials. There is also barrel-aged whiskey and homemade limoncello.

In the ground floor bar, there are twelve wines on tap, along with beer which is supplied by local London suppliers.

Open 7 days a week, customers can become regular members for £25 a month, or by a day pass for £10 if they need to do some hot-desking. There are DJs and live bands making use of Martello Hall from 9pm, and at weekends it closes at 3am.
