The team behind London based healthy food cafe, Maple & Fitz is set to open their second Maple café in Pancras Square, Kings Cross next month.
Maple & Kings will offer longer opening hours and a weekday menu including breakfast and lunch including gluten-free rhubarb pomegranate oat pancakes with coconut yoghurt and maple vegan butter.
The drinks menu will offer cold-pressed juices and superfood cocktails which includes a cold-pressed beetroot mojito and a raw coconut matcha colada and gluten-free treats.
The restaurant is also introducing a brand new healthy brunch menu on weekends.
