RBH announces new executive role to drive European growth

Redefine BDL Hotels (RBH) has today announced that Andrew Robb has been promoted to Chief Business Development Officer within the Executive Committee.

Andrew, whose new role will begin immediately, has been appointed to lead the growth and retention pillar of the business and will be responsible for RBH’s expansion in both UK&I and mainland Europe.

RBH is the UK’s leading independent hotel management company and is now also proactively targeting Germany and Poland for lease and management contract opportunities for large branded hotels.

Andrew said: “I am excited to lead the next growth phase of RBH as we enter mainland Europe and continue to grow in the UK&I. We have a fantastic development team in place and a solid track record of delivering exceptional results for each hotel owner, which gives RBH a strong platform to support our growth ambitions.”

Andrew’s promotion is a further statement of intent from RBH following on from the recent announcement of Tom Goldscheider joining the company as Director of Business Development.

Helder Pereira, RBH’s Chief Executive Officer, said, “I am delighted to welcome Andrew to the Executive Committee and this appointment further cements RBH’s drive to grow in the UK&I and Europe.

“Andrew has been with RBH for seven years and has transformed our approach to new business in recent years. Andrew’s enthusiasm and ambition are exactly the qualities we look for in our Executive Committee.

“This appointment is further demonstration of the wealth of talent within RBH and I am thrilled to add another key member to our Executive Committee who has developed and risen through the company. Our focus remains on consolidating RBH’s position as the leading independent hotel management company in Europe.”

RBH’s portfolio includes private label and branded properties, including IHG, Hilton, Accor, Marriott, Best Western and Wyndham hotels.
