The global biotechnology company has awarded a new five-year contract to ISS, building on an existing relationship that now extends to 40 countries.

The deal, which extends both the service scope and the geographical footprint, will go live on a phased basis beginning in June.

The contract goals, ISS notes, are to drive consistency, better performance, improved service levels and enhanced management of expenses.
