The St David’s Partnership, owners of St David’s in Cardiff, one of the UK’s premier retail and leisure destinations, has announced today a Welsh debut for Byron, the specialists in proper hamburgers. The new 5,150 sq ft restaurant, set across two levels on Grand Arcade, is due to open in summer 2017.
The new location will benefit from an external frontage and is situated close to John Lewis and the popular leisure offer Treetop Adventure Golf. Byron delivers simple hamburgers made from fresh, properly sourced, British beef and the best ingredients possible, paired with craft beers, extra thick milkshakes and sides.

Over the years we’ve had more and more customers ask when we’ll be opening here, so it’s a real pleasure to finally be able to give them the answer they’re looking for. We can’t wait to welcome the people of Cardiff to our first Welsh home in St David’s.”

In addition Caffè Nero recently joined St David’s. The new 1,142 sq ft cafe, located on Cathedral Walk, officially launched earlier this month.
This news follows a successful 2016 for St David’s with in excess of 10 new national and international brands having signed or launched at St David’s totaling over 30,000 sq ft.
St David’s is anchored by the largest John Lewis outside London, Debenhams and Marks & Spencer, and offers 200 other shops and restaurants.
