McDonald's at Ayr racecourse, on the west coast of Ayrshire, is reopening today following the major investment and digital makeover.
To improve the speed and ease of ordering, customers now have the option to use one of four self-order kiosks.
The venue has also been extended to include more seats and a side by side drive-thru and table service has been introduced.
Andy Gibson is the owner and franchisee of the site, and has these digital features in his other restaurants, in Glasgow and Hamilton.
He expects to see customers who used to pop in for a quick bite staying longer to use the new tech.
