A new restaurant from ex Barrafina chef Nieves Barragan is set to open in London’s Mayfair in the Autumn.
The new restaurant called Sabor will open on Heddon Street, and will be located across two floors with an open kitchen and separate bar.
Nieves Barragan has teamed up with Barrafina’s General Manager, José Etura, to launch the new Spanish concept restaurant which will feature regional dishes from across Spain.
Barragan said, “the restaurant will bring a new concept from Spain. It will be based on something which is not in London at the moment, and people will come just to eat that.”
