Living Ventures to launch third Red Door cocktail bar in Leeds next month

Living Ventures is to open its third Red Door, the late night cocktail bar brand, in Leeds on 25 August.

With sites in Chester and Liverpool, Red Door's new 200-capacity bar will reside in the space previously occupied by Hirst’s Yard.

The bar will serve up classic cocktails of premium quality, with each bar tender trained to mix up no less than 100 classic cocktails, as well as 20 bespoke Red Door creations, like Rise and Shine (pictured), that arrives with a smoking effect using dry ice.

The Maya Blossom blends Ketel One Citron Vodka with peach, elderflower and lemon, while the Disco Diva combines vodka with vanilla liquor, strawberry, cranberry and apple.

For a contemporary spin on an old favourite, try the decadent Espresso Jalisco. Featuring Something to Wake Me Up & F**k Me Up (Kate Moss) Patron XO, vanilla, vodka and coffee.

The Breaking Badass is made from Appleton Rum punch, which also features Cointreau, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond syrup, grapefruit, pineapple and lime.

For groups, there's the Zombie Sharer, which combines Bacardi, Goslings 151, Absinthe, Rhum Orange, Luxardo Maraschino, passion fruit and pink grapefruit.

Red Door was launched back in 2010 by the late Living Ventures boss, Tim Bacon, along with Dave Hinds and cocktail virtuoso Lee Lynch.
