UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer has acted in a deal that will see YO! Sushi open a London Flagship restaurant at 106 Tottenham Court Road.
YO! Sushi has bought the existing lease from former tenants, Ca’Puccino, whom Shelley Sandzer acted for.
The 1,900 sq ft restaurant will have space for over 70 covers on the ground floor level.
Due to open at the end of summer, the restaurant will feature the brands new format and latest branding which was launched earlier this year in New York City.
